SAFER NIGHTS FOR
A BRIGHTER TOMORROW

Through Kiehl’s Open Doors, we are committed to welcoming at-risk LGBTQIA2+ youth into safe and
supportive housing, empowering them with resources to thrive in society and driving the greater
community to take action.

Join us as we create new beginnings.

PROUD & OPEN

Over the years, Kiehl's has stood in proud support of the LGBTQIA2+ community. With
Kiehl's Open Doors, we are engaging our greater community and partnering with
non-profits around the world to support homeless LGBTQIA2+ youth on their journey.

We’re partnering with The Ali Forney Center, a 24-hour organization whose doors are always open. Since 2002, the center has provided resources—from transitional housing to job readiness training—to help homeless LGBTQIA2+ youth have a safe and supportive place to go.

A LEGACY OF PRIDE

With East Village roots and a community spirit, we have a history of supporting the LGBTQIA2+
community – from donating to HIV/AIDS organizations to marching in the NYC Pride Parade
to the launch of Kiehl’s Open Doors.

Kiehl’s begins donating to HIV/AIDS organizations supporting the community in NYC under third generation family founder, Jami Morse.

In support of the Magic Johnson Foundation and their dedication to research and prevention of HIV/AIDS, we develop Magic Elixir Foaming Relaxing Bath.

Kiehl’s Hand Care for a Cure launches, with 100% of profits donated to AmFar.

In keeping with our East Village roots, Kiehl’s joins our neighborhood in the iconic New York City Pride March, a tradition we relive every year!

Our Kiehl’s Eucalyptus Liquid Body Cleanser hits shelves, with 100% of the profits benefitting YouthAIDS.

In proud support of World AIDS Day 2008, Kiehl’s introduces a Limited-Edition Lip Balm #1 and donates 100% of the proceeds to local HIV/AIDS charities.

Kiehl’s takes our commitment to the New York City Pride March further by becoming an official sponsor.

To celebrate 160 years of giving, Kiehl's launches Kiehl's Gives and partners with the pop band Scissor Sisters to raise donations for HIV/AIDS organizations.

In celebration of 15 years of marching in Pride, Kiehl’s hosts their first annual Pride Kickoff Party at our historic flagship store in the NYC’s East Village.

Kiehl’s partners with The Trevor Project, an organization committed to ending LGBTQIA2+ youth suicide, supporting their efforts during Pride month and throughout the year.

To celebrate Pride Month, Kiehl’s makes a special donation to The Trevor Project and releases a Limited-Edition Ultra Facial Cream.

Kiehl’s kicks off Open Doors, a platform committed to helping at-risk, homeless LGBTQIA2+ youth secure safe and supportive housing, resources and communities.
