 The Website is operated by Noul LLC, authorized distributor and retailer of Kiehl’s , a limited liability company duly organized under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under the Commercial License number 607562, registered office at PO Box 2623, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. (“us”, “we”, “our”) acting on their behalf and on behalf of their respective affiliates. 

Please read these terms of use ("Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the services of this Site. 

By visiting the Website you agree to be bound by, consent to comply with, and consent to the practices described in, these Terms and Conditions, which govern your access and use of the Website (including our Privacy Policies) and all content and functionalities available on the Website (or any of our other websites and related micro-sites accessed through the URL  https://www.kiehls.ae and related domain names) (the “Services”).

Privacy Policies have been developed in order to inform you of the practices with respect to the collection, use, disclosure and protection of personal information. Under certain circumstances the responsibility for data protection and your privacy is shared with one or several other legal entities, either being a L’Oréal Group affiliate Al Tayer affiliate or a third party. You can find the Privacy Policies, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions, on the home page and by using this Site you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small files that are left on your device while you browse the Site (such as the pages looked up, the date and time of such access, etc.) and which may be read whenever your access the same Site (hereinafter “Cookies”). GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Unless otherwise noted, the products and services on the Website are intended for personal, non–commercial purposes only. You agree to use the Website only for lawful, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all international and local laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions, you may not use, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, copy, publish, display, transmit, adapt, frame, link, rent, lease, loan, sell, license or in any way exploit the content of the Webstie

When you place an order through our Website or the Website Call Centre (an “Order”), you are deemed to have consented to the latest version of the Terms and Conditions then posted on our Website. If a change in law means that we have to change our Terms and Conditions after you have placed an Order but before it has been fulfilled, we are obliged to apply that change to your Order. In all other cases, the version posted on the Website at the time your Order was placed will apply. Your continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you (a) are above the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence but in no case under the age of 18, (b) have not previously been suspended or removed from the Website, (c) do not have more than one (1) account at any given time for the Website ; (d) you will only provide  true, accurate, current and complete information if you register for an account and/or Orders (e ) make payment through one of our accepted methods. If it is believed or suspected that your information is not true, accurate, current or complete, your access to the Site or Services (or any portion thereof) may be denied or terminated and (d) that you have full power and authority to enter into the Terms and Conditions and in doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party.. In addition, only Orders with delivery addresses within the KSA can currently be processed via the Website. Please refer to the Shipping and Delivery section below. The Website is for your personal or gift use only and commercial usage is not permitted. We reserve the right to decline Orders where we suspect commercial usage.

Registration
In order to take advantage of the features and services of this Website, you can either utilize the Website on a “guest check-out" basis or create an account and register your details with us.
If you are a Facebook member, you may also login using your Facebook login details. It is your ongoing responsibility to make sure that any personal and payment details you provide to us are valid, accurate and complete. You can update your details by contacting us at our Website Call Centre on our number +97148188484 or updating them in your profile on the Website. Please keep your account details and password confidential and secure. Our customer service agents will never ask you for your password. We are committed to complying with our Privacy Policy but are not responsible for any loss suffered through misuse of those details. 
Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe your account has been compromised. By registering or placing an Order you warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria described above and that the information you provide is yours and is accurate in all respects. Commercial entities are not eligible to register with us.

Orders
When you place an Order with us, subject to your rights to cancel or return the items, you commit to buy the items described in that Order, at the price indicated including any additional charges such as delivery fees, taxes and duties where applicable. Orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold in our sole discretion including for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Items in your Website basket are not reserved until your Order is paid for. The Website (or our Website Call Centre) may contain or provide information regarding the availability of merchandise. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be available immediately upon Order placement. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an item stated to be available will actually be available right away, as inventory can change significantly throughout the day. In rare cases, a product may be available when you place an Order but sold out by the time we process the Order. Should this happen, we will notify you. Receipt of your Order will be acknowledged by email. However, the Order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us confirming dispatch of the relevant item(s). No party other than us has the authority to confirm acceptance of the Order.

Complimentary Gifts
Certain purchases made on the Website come with a free gift, which we hope you enjoy where applicable. Please be aware that items purchased on the Website will be non-returnable if the free gift is not returned or where the free gift has been opened or if the packaging has been tampered with.

Prices
Prices on the Website are displayed in AED and exclude any services you may elect to pair the purchase with (such as gift wrapping), delivery costs or duties to which the purchase may be subject. Any such additional costs will be displayed before your final check out.
Where you purchase using a payment card denominated in a different currency to AED, the payment will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your payment is completed.
The destination you ask us to deliver to, the items and services you select and the method of delivery you choose will dictate what delivery charges and duties apply (if any). Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery section for further details on delivery options.
Although we make every effort to ensure prices displayed on our Website and in our communications are correct, errors may occur. If an error occurs and your Order:
1.    has already been processed, then we may at our discretion:
2.    cancel the Order (or part thereof), arrange for collection of the mis-priced item(s) from your original Order delivery address in the UAE and issue you a full refund including original Order delivery fees and duties (if applicable);
3.    where the price you paid is lower than the actual price of the item, honour the price in your Order; or
4.    has not yet been processed, then we will notify you as soon as possible and only process the Order (or part thereof) once you have confirmed you are happy to buy at the correct price or otherwise cancel the Order (or part thereof) and refund your payment in full.

Promotional Codes and Discount Schemes
Promotional codes are valid only in accordance with their terms, until the date stated, can be used only once, are not redeemable for cash, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale, discount or promotion and may not be available for all purchases. If the item is not eligible for the offer or promotion, the discount will not be reflected at checkout. They are personal to you and cannot be transferred to third parties.

Payment
We currently accept the following payment methods for Orders placed on our Website: Visa; Mastercard; American Express; Tabby and, where available. 
We also offer Buy Now, Pay Later (a payment in instalments option) via a third party provider ("Delayed Payment Provider") on Orders that meet any minimum or maximum order values specified by the Delayed Payment Provider and subject to you meeting their eligibility criteria and entering into a contract with the Delayed Payment Provider. By entering payment details onto our Website, you warrant that you are duly authorized to pay using those details. We reserve the right to decline Orders without liability to you where we believe payments are not authorized, the payment method is not valid or where we do not think you are authorized to use or utilize the relevant payment method.
We provide all possible payment options for our customer's convenience. For certain payment methods we may request additional personal documents, such as a passport copy or ID card with photo, in order to confirm your Order. For payments made via a Delayed Payment Provider you may be asked to provide additional personal documents and be subject to credit checks. This is required to verify the identity of the buyer and protect the cardholder against any possibility of fraudulent payments. We  reserve the right to suspend or terminate the payment options available on your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the payment options available on the Website (or any portion thereof) if it suspects there is fraudulent or suspicious activity. We are not liable or bound to inform or send specific communication to the user regarding the changes to your payment options on the Website (or any portion thereof). It is the customer’s responsibility to get in touch with us in order to get the payment options reactivated.

Gifting
Gift Boxes and Wrapping
Gift boxes and gift wrapping may be added to your Order. You may select to have the items in your Order gift wrapped by us when available with your Order. 

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery options and pricing are set out in the table below.

Orders must be placed before 4pm to qualify for same day delivery, with limited delivery slots available until 11pm.
Orders after 4pm or on UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery delays possible during promotions, sales, and holidays. We're not liable for delivery failures beyond our control, including if you're unavailable or request a delay. Expect up to four calls to schedule delivery and three delivery attempts before cancellation.
How do I view my order history?
A benefit of creating an account with us that you can view your order history at any time from the “My Orders” section of your account.
Can I change my delivery address for an existing order?
We cannot accommodate a change in address after your order has been shipped. However, if you do need to change your delivery address, please contact us right away and our customer care team will update you on whether there’s time to make the request before shipping.
Why is my delivery delayed?
We work hard to ensure that you get your order delivered as promised. But sometimes due to high volumes of orders, we are unable to ship your order in time. In these cases, you will be notified via email of the estimated delay. If you are facing a delay with an order and require assistance or an update, you can get in touch with us and we will provide you with an update within 24 hours.
Can I deliver to multiple addresses?
We do not currently offer delivery to multiple shipping addresses within the same order. If you would like to have some items delivered to a different address, you can place two separate orders to different delivery addresses.
What shall I do if my delivery is missing, incomplete or damaged?
If your entire order has been delivered and some items are missing, or you have received damaged products, please get in touch with us and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently offer shipping to the UAE & Saudi Arabia.

Returns
Returns process
Please note that all our items are non-refundable (please see shipping and returns policy). However, you can return non-returnable items if you receive the wrong item, or if the items arrive damaged. Where this happens, please contact the Website Call Centre on +97148188484 or take the items to your nearest Kiehls bricks and mortar retail store in the UAE (“Retail Store”).
Refund Process
All products purchased at Kiehls.ae are for final sale and are non-returnable/non-refundable.
In the exception case that you have received the incorrect product(s) or damaged items. Please contact our Customer Care which will assist you with your return request within three (3) business days. 
All products must be returned to us unused and with all KIEHLS tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice. We will not accept any returns if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you, we will refund the price paid by you for the product(s), with the exception of applicable taxes or import duties and delivery and return charges.
For all defective items outside of our Return Policy, please contact our Customer Care at +97148188484. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

How long would it take to get my money back after my order was returned?
Debit/credit card refunds:
Once we receive your return, it usually takes us 2-3 business days to process and issue your refund. We'll shoot you an email to keep you in the loop on when we've started the refund. Just a heads up, your bank might take around 14 working days to process card refunds after we've initiated it. If you have any questions along the way, we're here for you!

Tabby Refund:
After we receive your return, it usually takes us 2-3 business days to sort everything out and get your refund processed. Once we've sent it, you should see it show up in your Tabby or Tamara account within 24 hours.

I still haven’t received my refund yet!
If you haven't received your refund within the expected time frame, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team at {Contact number}. We're here to help and will promptly investigate to resolve any issues.

Cancellation
You may contact us at any time prior to your Order being marked as “Processed" on our online Order tracking system to cancel or change the Order. If you do so, we will at your request either: (i) cancel it free of charge and issue you with a full refund or (ii) do our best to change it, subject to stock availability and any applicable price adjustment. If the Order has been processed, please await delivery and use the Returns process.
